401(k) Retirement Plan
- The Retirement Plan is immediately available to all regular employees after 6 months of service. Employees may contribute the maximum allowable under Federal regulation. All regular employees are immediately 100% vested upon hire.

James Secure Solutions combines vacation and sick leave into a single leave accrual program. All employees of the Company earn leave at the rate of 15 days per year. Any unused leave at the end of the year may be carried over to the following year to a certain limit.
