James Secure Solutions management team and associates have varying security concentrations enabling us to collectively provide a full-suite of security services ranging from security program management to solution engineering. Our focus on security includes: information security services (C&A, FISMA reporting, POA&M development and maintenance, security assessments and testing, etc.); IT Management (program oversight, earned value management, etc.); and Solution Engineering (SDLC management, requirements management, etc.).

As founder and President of James Secure Solutions, Lori James oversees all aspects of the company's operations. Lori also functions as primary Chief Information Security Manager on all new business and ongoing tasks.
Prior to establishing James Secure Solutions, Lori was contracted to provide security management oversight at the General Services Administration. In this role, she had complete oversight of C&A Packages, Plan of Actions and Milestones, FISMA reporting, and managing security administration and hardening activities for different organizations within the GSA. Before working at GSA, Lori was a contracted Senior Security Analyst leading C&A efforts for the United States Department of Agriculture, operated as the Security Task Lead for the Health Resources Services Administration, Library of Congress, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Small Business Administration, Food and Drug Administration, and Corporation for National and Community Service. Lori has extensive experience in the planning, development, and execution of certification and accreditation within the Government, security awareness and training for end users and ISSOs, and security program management.
Lori holds a Master of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from West Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism.
As Vice President and co-founder of James Secure Solutions, Jeremy James is responsible for overseeing James Secure Solutions IT Management efforts and daily operations. Present IT Management and Solution Engineering related concepts and designs to support business development efforts and proposal responses.
Prior to joining James Secure Solutions, Jeremy was a Principal on the Biometrics Architecture Team for the DHS US-VISIT Program Office supporting the strategic vision of enterprise wide utilization of Biometrics for Exit and Entry at US Ports of Entry. Preceding this, Jeremy was the Deputy Program Manager to the Department of Army's Public Key Infrastructure and Common Access Card Program Management Office, served as the Senior Technical Liaison for the Department of Defense Biometric Management Office, and a Project Manager for the Submarine Systems Division responsible for the Installation Trainers deployed on Los Angeles Class Submarines.
Jeremy obtained his Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management with an emphasis in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University. He has also completed his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from West Virginia University. On top of these Academic achievements, Jeremy is also a Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) and carries several technical certifications.
